Issue/Introduction

Description:

The following process outlines the navigation to the Audit and Security Command Center manuals available on the CAOnline web site

Solution:

1. The new CAOnline at https://support.ca.com
   
   
2. Login (you will need your ca account login and password)
   
   
3. Select "Support by Product or Solution" (left side of screen)
   
   
4. Via the dropdown menu, scroll to and select "CA Audit" or "CA Security Command Center" (upper mid screen)
   
   
5. Select "Recommended Reading" (immediately below the dropdown menu)
   
   
6. Scroll to "Documentation/Manuals for CA Audit" or "Documentation/Manuals for CA Security Command Center"
   
   
   1. Either selection will navigate you to the same list of available manuals
      
      
7. Scroll through the list until you locate the appropriate manual
   
   
   1. Pay attention to the "Release" information in the second column from the right
      
      
   2. verify the "release" is the version you want
      
      
8. Click on the "PDF" or "HTML" for that manual (column in the far right)
   
   
9. The document information will download to your screen
