Issue/Introduction

Description:

ERROR:
Failed to connect to MDB: Install, com.ca.installshield.wizard.ExecProcess, msg1, [Unicenter DCC][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol Driver] Cannot open TNS Names file.
I am able to connect to the database via SQLPLUS successfully.

Solution:

This error occurred because the Oracle version is 9.0.1. CA Database Command Center only supports Oracle 9.2.0 and above. The exact releases that are support can be found on CA Support Online on the CA Database Command Center product home page. Click on the Supported Platforms link.
