CA Web Administrator for CA Top Secret (Webadmin) signon errors

Issue/Introduction

Description

When signing on to the CA Top Secret's Webadmin Web interface, the following error messages are received :

09:00:05,188 ERROR ?ESMLDAPAuthenticationService:110? login - Authentication error # - 91

running CA LDAP r12 for CA Top SECRET with Tomcat on a Windows server.

Solution

In the tss_config.xml, change the host name to the IP address.

tss_config.xml can be located in the following directory :

apache-tomcat- n.n \webapps\VantageGMI\conf\esm
