IEW4000I FETCH FAILED and INSUFFICIENT STORAGE messages on RC/Migrator migrations

Issue/Introduction

RC/Migrator for Db2 for z/OS (RCM) strategies may encounter INSUFFICIENT STORAGE messages, such as:

IEW4000I FETCH FOR MODULE PTLSCROL FROM DDNAME PTILIB FAILED BECAUSE  
          INSUFFICIENT STORAGE WAS AVAILABLE.       

This may occur when attempting to analyze a Migration, Compare or an Alteration strategy.

Resolution

The TSO LOGON REGION size may be increased, or the strategy may be broken down into smaller component pieces to more effectively utilize the available system resources.
