Why have all my Toolbars disapeared?

Issue/Introduction

Description:

The toolbars are controlled by the view menu. If your toolbars are removed or deleted you can get them back by following the steps below:

Solution:

1. Go to View\Toolbars...
   
   
2. Select the toolbars tab
   
   
3. By Default, "Standard, FreeForm Objects, FreeForm Queries, Formatting" should be selected.

With these toolbars selected your toolbars will display correctly.
