Issue/Introduction

How to migrate the saved QUERIES from a previous release to the current release of RC/Query for Db2 for z/OS (RCQ).

Resolution

There is a Post Install Conversion Task (ssid0302) that allows users to convert data from old EQF (Extended Query Facility) tables to new EQF tables.

The following EQF database tables need to be converted:

PTI.PTSQL_DATA_0102    to    PTI.PTSQL_DATA_115
PTI.PTSQL_TEXT_0101    to    PTI.PTSQL_TEXT_115

This is a DB2 catalog customization task - refer to the Implementation Guide for details:
