After a fresh install of CABI 4.1 SP3 the CA Reports folder is missing from the BI Launch Pad. When opening the Manage Business Objects Content in the OneClick Web Page and selecting Update Content the following error is received:
Error importing SRM content: CE SDK Exception occurred : 'Unable to find servers in CMS oneclick:6400 and cluster @oneclick:6400 with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)' (FWM 04002)
The Input File Repository is disabled.
Open the Central Management Console
From the OneClick Web Page select Administration -> Report Manager -> Business Objects Administration (CMC)
Login as the Administrator user
Select the Servers icon
When the Servers window opens select Server List
If any Servers are Stopped or Disabled, Start or Enable them.
Please note the Input File Repository will need to be stopped then Enabled. Once Enabled it can then be restarted.
Once all of the BOXI servers are Running and Enabled, please go back to the OneClick Web Page select Administration -> Report Manager -> Manage Business Objects Content.
Please click on the Update Content button.
It should now run successfully.
