Issue/Introduction

Description:

When you log into support.ca.com there should be a list of available products for you to navigate to for support and possible download. If your login ID (e-Mail address) is not associated with the correct SITE ID or has not been registered on support.ca.com then you will not see your list of products and will not be able to download the software you are licensed for.

Solution:

You will need to go to CA's site (support.ca.com) and find the section for logging in (See Figure 1) and follow the link for:
"New User?
>>Register Now"

You should be directed to a new page where you can register for a user ID for support.ca.com where you will need to provide the following (See Figure 2):

SiteID:
Business Partner ID:
First Name:
Last Name:
Company Name:
Company Address:
Country:
State/Province:
City:
Postal/Zip Code:
Telephone Number:
Email Address:
Confirm Email:
Email Language:

There are other NON-MANDATORY fields that you can also provide but the above information is REQUIRED in order to get your ID created.

Please note that the group(s) that support your product(s) do not create, provide, or have the ability to modify your logon ID for support.ca.com and we can not add the products you are looking to download to your logon ID. A support request would need to be opened with the CA Support Online group.
