Steps to purge the notification log header table

 

Environment

Release: Service desk manager 17.X 

Resolution

Steps to resolve the issue: 

  1. Login to Service Desk

  2. Go to Administration->Archive and Purge->Archive and Purge Rules

  3. Click on Show Filter and select Inactive from the Status drop down.

  4. Click on Search.

  5. This will display a list of predefined rules. Scroll down to select Notify Log Header rule

  6. Click on Edit and change the status to Active.

  7. Select the Operating type as Purge if you want to purge without archiving the data.

  8. Select the appropriate time from the Schedule drop down and click on Save.

This will purge the Notification Log Header table.
