Description:

This document explains the EE00044 error one may encounter during install of the Audit Client.

Solution:

This error has been seen when installing CA Audit on supported Operating Systems. The solution has been related to Microsoft Windows Installer.
To solve this problem, download and install the latest Microsoft Windows Installer.
