Why is there no option to choose the CA Insight Proxy Agent during installation on a Windows 64-bit operating system?

Description:

There is no option to choose CA Insight Proxy Agent on the installation menu.

Solution:

Unfortunately at this time, the CA Insight Proxy Agent can not be installed on a Windows 64-bit system. The supported platforms are listed on the Supported Platforms link in the Product Status section on the CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for Distributed Database Product Page located on https://support.ca.com
