Description:
This document provides direction on how to report against your MDB with Forest & Trees. Note that this does not apply to the database which is part of the CMDB product.
Solution:
Yes, you can use Forest & Trees to query the MDB. Forest & Trees can connect to the MDB through its available interfaces (i.e. ODBC, SQL Server, Oracle, Ado.net). Please see the Forest & Trees help on "interfaces" for more information on how to use the Forest & Trees interfaces to connect to your database.
Unfortunately, level 1 support is unable to write your SQL query for you. However, you can find the MDB database schema at:
With the MDB Database Schema Overview document open click on <your product>\Tables. This will display a list of column names, column datatypes, and column comments to use to build your query.
