Agent drop-down list is not being populated when I try to run an audit report in SiteMinder WAM UI R12 - Report Server.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

I'm trying to run a report using the WAM UI, however I cannot select any agent because the drop down list is empty:

Solution:

This issue is because the audit connection to the database has not been configured.

Please check:

1. Audit Connection in the SiteMinder Management Console: SiteMinder Policy Server must be configured to log to a Database (ODBC) and Audit Events must be enabled as well.

2. The table smaccesslog4: It should have information:

3. Audit Report connection in the WAM UI: Double check name, DSN, host name and password.
   
   *Note that the DSN should match the DSN you specified in the Data Tab of the Policy Server Management Console when configuring the audit database connection to the Policy Server.

   If everything has configured properly, the Agent drop-down list will be populated and you will be able to run the report:
