Issue/Introduction

An ACF2 "CHANGE LIKE(-) PSWD-EXP" command was issued to force all users to change their password. What is the impact of setting PSWD-EXP for STC logonids?

Resolution

STC Logonids with PSWD-EXP set would continue to be used.

Since a password would not be requested for an STC Logonid, ACF2 would not ask for a new password even if the PSWD-EXP is set.

An alternative command that could be used to change all Logonids EXCEPT STC Logonids is:

SET LID
CHANGE IF(NOSTC) PSWD-EXP
