Issue/Introduction

Description:

I have successfully installed CA Database Command Center 11.2 along with two CA Insight Knowledge Agents configured on a remote machine. I also installed CA Fast Unload on the agent machine. Where do the license files go for each particular component?

Solution:

After you install any advanced products (CA Insight, CA Fast Unload, CA TSreorg), you must install the license key in order to run the products. The licenses are installed as follows:

• For CA Insight, install this license on the portal host only.
  
• For CA Fast Unload and CA TSreorg, install these licenses on the agent computers only.
