You can start/restart/verify services are started by going to:

Control Panel/Services, verify Central Management Server Services is started.

From there go to:
Start/Programs/BOXI/Admin Launchpad/Console/Central Management Console/Servers, verify all services here are started.

Additionally, Start/Programs/BOXI/Central Configuration Manager, verify all services here are started.
