Description:

I have applied Published patch RO02252 -WIN-UAPM-CMDB-SWCM ENHANCED INTEGRATION PATCH , now there is a deployment status field on the asset screen. What is the deployment status field?

Solution:

Published patch RO02252 -WIN-UAPM-CMDB-SWCM ENHANCED INTEGRATION PATCH provides the integration between UAPM and CA Software Compliance Manager (SwCM). After the integration, there is new field, deployment status. This field has been added to the hardware asset in the status section to show the reason why the hardware is being used, ex: production, test, disaster recovery.

This is used in the SwCM license metric for the compliance engine to determine compliance.
