snmpcollector is not generating alarms when thresholds are reached

Issue/Introduction

In the snmpcollectors  template the Alarms are showing “ON”. But when looking at all the snmpc profiles, the alarms are showing “OFF” 

Environment

Any supported UIM version

probe: snmpcollector 

Cause

 All of the hubs had baseline_engine off, this probe needs to be turned on. 

Resolution

1. Turn on baseline_engine probe. 
2. Performed force component rediscovery on snmpcollector probe
3. Validate credentials.
