Field properties might not appear in web screen painter.

Issue/Introduction

The properties windows might not appear or pop up when we right click a field in a HTMPL form in web screen painter.

Environment

Release: 12.9 / 14.1 / 17.x
Component: USRDWP

Resolution

There is a simple solution for this:
Delete the file wsp.bin located in NX_ROOT\java\lib.
Then re-launch web screen painter.

Additional Information

After upgrading from CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM), unable to run the CA SDM configure utility (pdm_configure). It gives an error "A java exception has occurred"
