Description

Please follow the steps mentioned below in order to download the SiteMinder license from CA Supprt Portal:

Solution

1. Login to CA Support portal by going to support.ca.com
   
   
2. Click on the "Licensing" tab on the left hand side.
   
   
3. Click "View Licenses" under "SiteMinder and Identity Manager Licenses"
   
   
4. If this doesn't help then contact CA Licensing department directly by calling them
   ( support.ca.com/irj/portal/anonymous/phpdocs?filePath=0/common/contact.html )
   or by opening a case ( supportconnectw.ca.com/public/ca_common_docs/calicense_email.asp )
