Description:
I have incorrectly input the expiration date (today) for the Knowledge page content for Insight in the UDCC portal. The Insight content is now deleted. Is there a way to get this content back?
Solution:
The content is physically deleted from the Portal when it expires.
Unfortunately it is gone, however this piece of content can be republished. To prevent this in the future, change the "Delete Expired Documents:" field from Yes to No in the Global Properties area of Portal Administration (Portal Administrator/Properties/Global).
This change will tell the portal to ignore any expiration set.
