MicroFocus job failed with the Condition Code 15.

Issue/Introduction

ESP MicroFocus job failed with the Condition Code 15 although executable on the MicroFocus site was completed successfully. The error in the job output was;
"MFCC error in MccMfbinpCall: MFCC request timed out"

Resolution

These errors (MFCC error in MccMfbinpCall: MFCC request timed out) and CC=15 come from the MicroFocus CASSUB command.
Based on CASSUB specification CC=15 means that CASSUB could not connect to the MicroFocus server. When the agent gets a response like this it assumes that the submission request has failed.
Follow up with MicroFocus administrator as to why CASSUB reported a failure and meanwhile run the job.
