Issue/Introduction
While trying to connect to a Remote Control host using the option 'Connect as a different user account' and selecting the Repository drop down tab the following error occurs: "The Authority list is not available". Usually the authority list error comes up if there is a problem connecting to the Domain Manager (via. Host resolution) OR when the required CAF plugins are not up and running.

Resolution
Check whether the CAF services is running on the target using 'CAF STATUS'
If any plugin is not running try starting it using CAF start plugin name.
Verify that the required ports are opened in case the connection is made through a firewall.
Use the command: CAF PING <Target hostname> to verify if the communication to the target machine.
