Issue/Introduction

Description:

When trying to attach a document, error AHD04485: Internal error: Unable to create an lrel entry for attachments is received. Then when trying to save the issue, user gets error AHD03023: Attempt to modify while not Checked Out.

Solution:

This problem is resolved by applying the latest Cumulative patches for ServiceDesk; please download them from the ServiceDesk patches page.
