Service Desk, CMDB and Service Management are certified as both 32 bit and 64 bit compliant. See the Certification Matrices on each product page in support.ca.com.

Are these products true 64 bit applications, or are they 32 bit applications that are certified to run on 64 bit platforms?

Solution:

These products are all 32 bit applications for r12. They are certified to run on either 32 bit or 64 bit platforms, but the application itself is 32 bit. It will not make use of architecture that is only available to 64 bit applications, such as addressing beyond 4Gb of memory per process.
