In the Out of the Box Activity Notifications, how to edit the message template and include the syntax to send the Last Activity log.

Resolution

The syntax for to send last activity in Requests is:

Last Activity Log: @{call_req_id.act_log_all.0.description}

To  send last activity in Change orders:

Last Activity Log: @{change_id.act_log_all.0.description}
