How can I send Last Activity Log description in the Activity Notifications?

Description:

In the Out of the Box Activity Notifications we can edit the message template and include the syntax to send the Last Activity log.

Solution:

The syntax for Requests is:

Last Activity Log: @{call_req_id.act_log_all.0.description}

For Change orders:

Last Activity Log: @{change_id.act_log_all.0.description}
