What is the APPL resource class in CA Top Secret? Can the access levels be changed?

Answer:

APPL in CA Top Secret is the equivalent of the APPL class in RACF. It is predefined to the RDT in CA Top Secret without access levels.
Access levels on predefined resource classes can not be changed. The fully qualified resource name is APPLICATION.
