Errors when starting UUJMA after installation: CAOP_F_DBFAIL Message database (re)load failure: rc=-797165272

Issue/Introduction

When starting UUMMA errors such as the following are received:

.CAOP_F_414 Database OPEN CURSOR failure on READ (msg record table).
.CAOP_F_DBFAIL Message database (re)load failure: rc=-797165272

Environment

UUJMA

Resolution

These errors are received if the Event Agent has also been installed by mistake and there is no Event Manager.
If the Event Agent is not needed, the following steps will eliminate the errors:

1. Shutdown UUJMA : unishutdown all.
   
   
2. cd to the $CAIGLBL0000/opr directory.
   
   
3. Rename file "inst_log" to "inst_log.old". This will prevent Event Agent from starting up.
   
   
4. Restart UUJMA.
