The following error may be observed while issuing the XREF command on an instance in the Repository

IBM0451S ONCODE=451 The STORAGE condition was raised.
From entry point REALLOCATE_DATA at statement 2854 at compile unit offset +000008B2 at entry offset +000008B2 at address 23E5643A.

Resolution

This abend is caused when there are more than 32,768 connections to the instance involved in the XREF function. Review the connections to this instance and determine if any of the connections can be broken. Disassociate the connections to this instance by issuing the EDIT.DELETE command and retry your request. If breaking any of the connections to the instance cannot be broken, then the Repository does not allow the XREF command to be issued on that instance.
