1. Via a command prompt launched with 'Run as Administrator', navigate to the NX_ROOT\bin directory
2. Launch "pdm_web_cleanup"
3. A screen that looks like the following will appear.
4. Click YES
5. Run "pdm_configure" to rebuild the CAisd virtual directory for Service Desk
