User try to browse IMS data without PSB getting "IMS User abend 0428". How can I correct this error?

Cause
If the Dynamic PSBs, CAWK#000, CAWK#001, CAWK#002, etc., can be seen in the DFSPDIR0 member in both MODBLKSA and MODBLKSB.
If the Dynamic PSB modified but not cold IMS start cause the user abend 0428.
Resolution
If the Dynamic PSBs modified then cold IMS start must be done in order for the new PSB definitions to take effect.
