This document explains how to upgrade EEM (previously EIAM) when Upgrading to Service Desk r12.
There are instructions in the CA Service Desk r12 Implementation Guide, Ch2 Upgrading, Section on "Post Upgrade Configuration", "CA Workflow and EEM Upgrade", and "Upgrade CA EEM from 8.1 to 8.2".
Additionally, please see the "Troubleshooting Installation and Migration" section below for some additional gotchas for the EEM upgrade.
