To change the date and time format in ServiceDesk:

  2. Find the line ! DateFormat MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm a(am,pm)
  3. Uncomment the line and change it to ! DateFormat MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm (Need to remove am,pm)
