Issue/Introduction

Description:

We need to ensure a graceful shutdown of SCM broker, Harweb and the database by stopping components in the correct order, for periodic system maintenance and or for emergency SCM recycle/restart.

Solution:

The following is the recommended order to stop and restart:

1. Order to stop
   
   
   1. Stop Harweb from the webserver or servlet engine like tomcat/Jboss etc.
   2. Stop the SCM broker
   3. Stop the Database
      
      
2. Order to start
   
   
   1. Start the Database
   2. start the SCM broker
   3. Start Harweb
