Issue/Introduction

Description

Client machine AM status, it showed the "Alert" with red color mark. What is this Meant "Alert" Status? How to change the agent status to operational?

Solution

The DSM explorer shows the machine with red color mark and the AM status shows "Alert"

It means the applied policy has been violated,

For example: IP change or hardware modification like memory decreased/increased.

Please follow the procedure to get agent workstation to operation state,

Step 1: Open DSM explorer on domain manager .

Step 2: On console expand Policies (Query, Event or Software based)

Step 3: check violators list

Step 4: select targets

Step 5: :Right click and reset
