Description
Please follow the below steps in order to configure and set up multi tenancy.
Solution
Configure Multi-tenancy
# Go to Administration -> Options Manager -> Security
# In the right pane click multi tenancy
# In the multi tenancy Options detail Windows:

# Recycle services.
Set Tenant Access
# Go to Administration -> expand Security and Role Management -> Role Management and the click Role list.
# Under Role name click Administrator.
# In this window click edit, in the Tenant Access list, ensure All Tenants is selected and the click Save.

Create a Tenant
# Go to Administration -> expand Security and Role Management -> and then click Tenants
# Right pane click Create New
The Create New Tenant window will appear
# On the create New Tenant screen, check Service Provider
# Give the values accordingly, for ex:
Name Bigfoot
Tenant Number: TN-02
Telephone number : 225-698-5874
Logo: http://servername/CAisd/img/bigfoot.bmp
# Click Save

# You can create another tenant called WhoWhere by following the above steps but do not select Service Provider.
# In the CA Service Desk window, in the right pane, click search.
The tenant list screen will refresh and the new BigFoot tenant will appear under Tenant Name.

Create a Tenant Group
# Go to Administration -> expand Security and Role Management and the click Tenant groups.
# In the right pane, click Create New
The Create New Tenant Group Window will appear
# On the Create New Tenant Group screen use the following values and then click Update Tenants:
Tenant Group Name : Region SEast
Description: Manage SouthEast team
# Click Search
# On the Tenants Assigned Update screen:
# In the Create New Tenant Group window, click Save.
The Region SEast Tenant Group Detail Window will appear, indicating that Bigfoot and Whowhere have been added to the new tenant group.
# Close the Tenant Group window.
# In the CA Service Desk window in the right pane, click Search.
The Tenant Group List screen will refresh and the new Region SEast tenant group will appear under Tenant Group Name.

Create a Tenant Administrator
# Go to Administration -> expand Security and Role Management and the click contacts.
# In the right pane click search
# Select any respective contact
# In the detail screen click on the tab 7.Roles and click Update Roles.
# Click Search
# In the Roles Available Column, select Tenant Administrator and click the double right arrow to transfer the selection to the Roles Assigned column and click Ok.

# In the contact detail screen click on Save.
