Issue/Introduction

Description:

Autosys r11 requires that Sybase be configured for a minimum page size of 4 KB.

Solution:

The following steps can be taken to check the page size.

  1. Log into the Sybase event server as the autosys database user.
  2. Run the following SQL statement:
    SELECT @@maxpagesize

The value of the maximum page size will be displayed. If it does not meet the minimum requirements for AutoSys, please consult Sybase documentation for information about how to change this setting.
