Why is column 6 blank when PAN#1 ++WRITE is executed

Issue/Introduction

Executing PAN#1 with ++WRITE, column 6 is blank throughout the member.

Resolution

When retrieving members using program PAN#1 with the ++WRITE command, the output may show column 6 as blank on each line even though the source had data in that column.
Please apply QO86491 to address this for SP01, or QO86490 for SP00.
