Issue/Introduction

The IBM WLM can be used to manage the CA-IDMS address space and batch to CV jobs .

Resolution

GOAL mode and velocity goals may be specified for CA-IDMS address spaces.

One or more service classes for CA-IDMS CV's should be defined and classification rules should also be defined to map CA-IDMS CV batch jobs to the appropriate service class.

Online CA-IDMS tasks are not managed by WLM.
