When customizing the scoreboard, having examples is a valuable resource.

Service Desk Manager - All Versions.

Resolution

Your out of the box Service Desk installation includes a library of more than 500 pre-built scoreboard queries.

These are very useful as examples to reference when writing your own scoreboard queries.

To access the examples, select the Administration tab, then Service Desk, Application Data, Stored Queries (see Figure 1):
