Resolution

Release 6.4 has these FMID:

C$A6400 (runtime)
C$A6401 (runtime host server)
CF06400 (sql option)
CG16400 (ims option)

Release 11.0 has these corresponding FMIDs:

C$AB000 (runtime )
C$AB002 (2nd runtime)
CI6B000 (compiler option)
CR1B000 (if oracle is installed)

CF06400 is the FMID to link the SQL interface in Easytrieve Plus release 6.4 which is now part of the  Easytrieve release 11.0 compiler FMID CI6B000.  Pan/SQL is still required additionally.

CGI6400, the FMID for the IMS option, is included in the R11.0 product now.
