Description:
This message occurs due to a configuration issue with the path statement.
Solution:
This message appears when installing older versions of the Oracle iRecorder. Version 8.40.080207 (the date is the last set of numbers in YYMMDD format) and newer versions should not experience this problem. It is recommended that the newer version of the iRecorder be installed. The new version of the iRecorder can be found at the following link:

If for some reason, you can not get the latest Oracle iRecorder and in need to install the older version of the Oracle iRecorder, you can follow this procedure to resolve the problem.
The message can be resolved by changing the path statement within the Windows Operating System.
Right click on My compute icon.
Click on Properties.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Click on Environment Variables box.

Go to the bottom on the screen where System Variables are stored.
Click on Path.
Click on the Edit Box.

You will see your computer's System Variables. Part of the path will appear similar to ...C:\PROGRA~1\CA\ETRUST~1;
Add .; (this is a period semicolon to the end of the ETRUST~1; statement to have it appear as follows:
...C:\PROGRA~1\CA\ETRUST~1;.;

Click OK to save the changes.
A reboot of the machine may be necessary for the Path Statement change to take effect.
