Issue/Introduction

Description

After CMDB and Visualizer are upgraded from 11.1 to r11.2, when launching the Visualizer Admin Console, an error message "Connection to the server refused" appears, and cannot get Admin Console screen.

Solution

The problem might be caused that the following tree tables related to Visualizer are empty.

     Vis_configuration
     Vis_object_store_criteria
     Vis_object_store_master

NOTE: Please take backups before you proceed.

  1. Go to (Service Desk)\cmdb\data\install folder.

  • Run the following command to load necessary data to them.

         Pdm_perl loadVisData.pl
