Issue/Introduction

Description:

I am trying to access the Reports Tab but am getting a login error "Login Failed. Error:com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$InvalidArd: The argument has an invalid value."

Solution:

To resolve this error please log into ServiceDesk with an Administrator account, and access the Administrator tab. Access "Options Manager" and then "Web Reports". You will have to modify the "bo_server_auth" option to choose your desired authentication method then make sure to install the option if it is not installed. After installing or making changes to any Option you will have to recycle ServiceDesk Services for changes to take effect.
