Issue/Introduction

Description:

After upgrading CA Top Secret (TSS) to r12, if QO93337 APAR isn't applied, customers will get RC15(139) errors on all batch requests.

The APARs associated with Problem TSSMVS #7520, which introduced the ability to support pass phrases - passwords, also introduced corruption of either the #SECUR PLIST or unknown storage immediately following the shorter, Version 0 #SECUR plist.

Once this APAR is applied and the Special Instructions are followed, exernal security will work as it did previously, assuming that no changes were made to the TSS definitions. APAR QO93337 is designated as a CRITICAL/HYPER solution for CA Top Secret r12.
