Issue/Introduction

Description

Get a NATINS RSP = 254 and DATA EXCEEDS IUB SIZE error doing a PF5 SHOW display in Insight.

Solution

This normally indicates that an incorrect version of Insight is being used with the new r5.1 Data Collector running in the MPM. Determine the version of Insight being used by checking the INSIGHT logo screen:

If running CA-INSIGHT V4.01.01, install the r5.1 Insight Natural application by running the AINATLOD job in the APAS.INSTALL library.

If running CA-INSIGHT r5.01 SP00, contact CA Support.
