When trying to login to FCC it gives the message "no such file or directory".

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Web Agent log file shows:

[13804/12784][Thu Feb 19 2009 09:44:52][CSmFormTemplateObj.cpp:168][ERROR] Error getting file statistics for form template 'D:\SiteMinder\Loginforms\login.fcc': No such file or directory.

Solution:

The Network Service Account must have permissions to the FCC pages in order to avoid this problem.
You can use FileMon tool to diagnose this permissions issue.
