Issue/Introduction

Description

When accessing Secondary Server's Web Services during the startup of primary server all the Web Services calls continuously fail with:

"SOAP exception 1005" error message. In the stdlog you will see the following:

    "SIGNIFICANT  sda.cpp         1733 Session  Created 1005" 

Solution

There is a test fix to resolve this issue, please open an issue with support to get this fix to resolve this occurrence. Service Desk Cumulative patch #4 is the minimum patch level pre-req for this test fix, you will need to be at Cum #4 prior to requesting this fix.
