Solution:

To determine the SP level of CA Librarian you are executing, you can browse module LVS4500 in the CA Librarian Product CAILIB using ISPF:

Note the last line shows this is Release 4.3 and GenLevel 0609 which is SP05.

If using ELIPS you can specify OPTIONS from the main Panel, and then page down you will see the Genlevel identifier.
